An outbuilding of up to 100 m² can often be permit-free in many municipalities, depending on your property. Our location check gives a first impression within a minute; we verify with your municipality free of charge.
Can I rent out the Serenity?
Yes — the design is rental-ready, with a layout that keeps cleaning and changeovers simple. Rules for B&B or holiday rental vary by municipality; we cover them in the plot consultation.
