Because we print, form and facade are free per project: your colours, your facade texture, your floor plan — within one recognisable Silva signature. From a single unit to a series, without moulds or extra work.

For housing associations and developers there is a circular approach including take-back of the shell into the material chain: fully demountable, material reusable.

From unit to court.

The first Silva court is in development: several homes around a shared yard, printed in series without losing character. The same model scales to holiday parks, estates and village edges.

For developers this means: one design system, a predictable lead time per unit, and a layout that shapes itself to the landscape instead of the other way round.

Per project: quantity, size, finish and location determine the price. You receive one transparent project quotation — no provisional sums, no surprises.

What ESG substantiation do we receive?

Per unit: renewable material streams and demounting/take-back agreements for the circular shell. Ready for your own ESG reporting.
