Silva Villas was founded in 2021 by Matt Godlieb, Johan van der Woude and Gerard van der Hoeven — three entrepreneurs who complement each other in vision, technology and execution, with years of experience in architecture, construction, technology and investment.
In IJsselstein, design, production and placement sit under one roof: there we develop the Silco7 material (refined through sixteen versions since 2022) and our robot prints the shells that become homes across the Netherlands.
For every home sold, we build a house for a family in need. Not an ESG by-product, but our core value.
